We entertained the Hubs' extended family over the past week and as a result I am ready to coast with a simple week of meal preparation, thus coining it the "Taking It Easy Week".

Thursday - 8th Grade Promotion Work Party; Basketball Try-Outs part 2
Spaghetti with Slow-Cooker Italian Sausage Sauce
Homemade Foccacia with Tuscan Balsamic Oil
Spinach Salad with Wildtree Ceasar Dressing
Friday - Family Fun Night with Miss B and Beach Field Trip for Mr. C
Dinner at School (perhaps healthy, heavy snacking first at home)
Saturday - Parade for Soccer Girls and Ladies Brunch = Date Night?
