I love King Arthur Flour company. They sell my favorite flours and all things wonderful from a baking perspective. A few weeks ago, my shipment of ingredients arrived.
I had been wanting to try their malted milk powder for quite some time. Visions of malted milkshakes came to mind but when the package arrived, there was no ice cream in the fridge and no cream to make homemade ice cream!
This recipe would have to suffice. Wow. Words can not describe how good these turned out. The hubs coined these his "favorite" bar cookies. The kids clammored for them (they were tucked away in the fridge for safe-keeping - which by the way...turns out they are even better cold!) They really will not last long!
Super easy and unbelievably good - you must try these Malted Milk Blondie Brownies A.S.A.P.!
Malted Milk Blondie Brownies

1 tsp. baking soda
