In an effort to get on the ball in the new year and stay focused, I am going to plan my weekly menus. For the sake of accountability, I plan to post my weekly menu here each Monday.
This week's plan is my quick and easy theme (other than the Winter Minestrone Soup that requires a bit more time for chopping veggies but definitely qualifies for the easy category).
This week:

Sunday (company for dinner)
Amazingly Easy Homemade Artisan Bread
Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Tray
Monday (basketball practice)

Carrot Fruit Salad (recipe by my Bella girl)
Tuesday (Science Fair after school guests, and Parent Teacher Club)
