Good Morning on this lovely day in March! Although the ground was frozen this morning, we had a gorgeous sunrise to greet us!
So... it turns out that my little menu plan for the week not only holds me accountable, keeps me somewhat organized and on track with what meals and what groceries to plan for but it also appears to be helping keep the Hubs informed about what's coming up each evening! Last week, I was startled to learn that he knew of our whereabouts based upon the menu plan (there was a home basketball game and meeting he knew about thanks to the meal plan listing)!

I really want to stop at the Otis Cafe, one of my favorite little spots on our pilgrimage to the Oregon Coast but I have a feeling that we may be getting on the road a bit to late after the game for this outing.
As a back-up option I want to try Pretzel Roll Sliders and know they would be great for the road!
Friday - No School
Pizza Dinner with friends - as it will just be the kids, one of their buddies and me tonight while the Hubs is in a sunny and warm climate!
Saturday - Basketball Tournament
Seafood Dinner to include crab, the kids' favorite and also in honor of National Crabmeat Day!
